The beach pool Orankesee was opened in 1929. Until today, with a few interruptions, it is a popular beach in Lichtenberg. There is a sandy beach and a green sunbathing lawn, plus a 52m long water slide and a children's water slide. The lake is divided into a non-swimmer and swimmer area. There is a small children's playground, two table tennis tables and a beach volleyball court on the grounds. Sufficient snacks are also available.
