Manor House Hohenschönhausen

Since the end of 2021, the housing cooperative NEUES BERLIN is the new owner of the former manor house from 1692 and the associated property at Hauptstraße 44. In order to secure the future of the oldest non-church building in Lichtenberg, NEUES BERLIN takes on the responsible task of advancing the redevelopment and restoration and to open and operate the entire house for the neighborhood, for Lichtenberg and for supra-regional guests permanently and for the common good. The vision is to wake up the house from its slumber and to make it a lively and culturally attractive place for the neighborhood again after the renovation.
