Pappelhof, Ulmenhof, Erlenhof

The architect Erwin Gutkind was commissioned in 1925 to plan buildings with 450 flats on a large site on Rummelsburgerstraße.

After re-planning, Jacobus Goettel built the residential complexes "Erlenhof" (Rummelsburgerstraße/Kraetkestraße), "Ulmenhof" (Zachertstraße) and "Pappelhof" (Ribbeckerstraße). "The park-like pond landscape in the Erlenhof, (is) when contrasted with the Berlin backyards of its time, outstanding."
