Rummelsburg workers` resistance

Nöldnerplatz 1
10317 Berlin

A memorial stele was erected on Nöldnerplatz to honor the Rummelsburg workers' resistance from 1933 - 1945. Despite terror and spying, there was resistance in the working-class district of Rummelsburg during the years of the Nazi dictatorship based on various convictions, which many paid for with their lives. It commemorates: Hans Krüger (*1904 - †1944), Wilhelm Martinke (*1909 - †1945), Erwin Nöldner (*1913 - †1944), Walter Riedel (*1893 - †1939), Felix Tucholla (*1899 - †1943), Käthe Tucholla (*1910 - †1943). The black granite stele is located on the Nöldnerplatz.
