Rupprechtblöcke
Bruno Ahrends (1878-1948) built the housing estate with 313 flats in Rupprechtstraße in Rummelsburg between 1925 and 1930.
After crossing Nöldnerplatz, you reach Archibaldweg. At the junction to Rupprechtstraße, you see the nested facade of the 5 Rupprechtblöcke. This is where the architect Bruno Ahrends experimented with cubist shapes.
