Notes on the route
A large number of art objects can be discovered in the housing estates of Neu-Hohenschönhausen.
The artworks were created between 1986 and 2010 and
provide an overview of the transformation and contemporary history of art in public spaces.
When the new development area was being built, art in the urban space was already being planned on the drawing board.
Works such as the bronze sculpture "Horse" by Jo Jastram in the entrance area to Warnitzer Bogen were realized in the early 1990s.
